HONEY FROM OUR GENTLE BEEKEEPERS

Since prehistoric times, Crete and Greece have been a center for apiculture. The Greeks even attributed divine properties to honey. Eros, the god of Love, dipped his arrows in honey, and Aristotle was the first to scientifically study bees.

FROM GENTLE BEEKEEPING®

Rare and equitable honey

  • Produced with ancestral methods and harvested in small quantities
  • Supportive and local trade with small independent beekeepers
  • Harvested in pristine French and Euro-regional areas

Healthy and beneficial for bees

  • Gentle harvesting method with low-impact on bees and hives
  • Harvested without chemical repellents
  • Bees untreated with antibiotics, cared for with natural products of plant origin

Enriched by humans

  • Harvested at maturity (no unnatural dehumidification) in accordance with the fundamental cosmic rhythms of nature
  • Honeycomb uncapped by hand. Unpasteurized, not heated above 35°C (natural temperature of the hive)
  • Hand-packaged on-site at our Bee Factory
