Bonjour quelle méthode pour prendre l'élixir par voie interne ?

Je vous remercie pour votre demande et de l'intérêt que vous portez à nos préparations.
Nos abeilles vous conseillent d'utiliser vos élixirs en mettant deux gouttes dans le creux d'une main, frotter les deux mains légèrement humidifiées par l'élixir et appliquer l'élixir sur la zone appropriée. L'élixir pur ne contient pas d'alcool et peut être appliqué sur toutes les peaux.
En interne (excepté l'Elixir Air de La Ruche qui est à diffuser autour de soi), vous pouvez ingérer 2 à 5 gouttes en les plaçant directement sous la langue.

Bonjour je vais commander plusieurs élixirs mais comment les utiliser ensemble? Doit-on faire les curés une à une ou peut-on les mélanger? Merci

il est possible d'utiliser 2 à 3 élixirs de la ruche dans la même période : par voie interne (2 à 5 gouttes de chaque, séparément ou ensemble) et par voie externe, sur les zones d'application correspondantes à chaque élixir.
