Bonjour, Je viens de commander Air de la ruche et j’aimerais savoir exactement comment l’utiliser. Dois je uniquement le « respirer « ? Est ce que je peux l’ingérer juste après l’avoir respiré ( pour renforcer)? D’avance merci pour votre retour. Bien sincèrement. Hélène

L'élixir Air de la Ruche est un élixir à usage externe. Il se respire, on le met dans la pièce, ou dans le creux des mains. Il est vraiment recommandé de l'utiliser en diffusion et non en usage interne, ainsi vous bénéficierez de la présence, de l'information de l'air de la ruche dans votre pièce.

Bonjour Florence, Nos Élixirs sont à prendre sous la langue ou en application cutanée. Seul, l'Élixir Air de la Ruche, est recommandé en diffusion dans les pièces de la maison, en déposant quelques gouttes dans une coupelle. Passez une belle journée.

Vous pouvez tout à fait utiliser plusieurs élixirs de la ruche en même temps en fonction de vos besoins et états émotionnels. Il est tout de même conseillé de ne pas en utiliser plus de 3 à la fois. Ils possèdent une étiquette multipage qui pourra vous guider pour leur description et leur utilisation. En espérant avoir répondu à vos interrogations!
Cet élixir Air de Ruche doit être pris en olfaction dites vous mais vous proposez des gouttes en ingestion ? Peut il être ingéré ? Quelle est la durée de validité d'un flacon une fois ouvert? J'ai reçu en cadeau le coffret que je trouve très intéressant.

En effet nos Elixirs de la Ruche peuvent être appliquer par voie orale mais aussi en application locale.
La durée de durabilité maximale (DDM) est de 24 mois.
